What countries do you ship to?
LUXE Gym Company exclusively offers shipping within the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders totalling £500.00 GBP or more qualify for free complimentary delivery. For orders under £500 GBP, there is a shipping fee of £20.00 GBP.

How many payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
I'm concerned about the security of my financial information; is it safe to shop here?
When making an online purchase with a credit card, your personal details are entered into a website protected by SSL encryption. Subsequently, the order is encrypted using SSL before being transmitted to the secure network of the credit card company for final approval. LUXE Gym Company does not retain customer credit card information on its systems.
I recently placed an order but am unsure when it will arrive.
Upon placing an order with LUXE Gym Company, we endeavour to dispatch it promptly. Typically, orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday through Saturday). If your package hasn't arrived within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@luxegymcompany.com, providing your full name and order number.

What if I provided incorrect information such as my address?
To update your information, including email address, name, or physical address, please reach out to us at support@luxegymcompany.com, and we'll make the necessary adjustments.
We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@luxegymcompany.com
Can I request a refund for a defective product?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us promptly so we can address the issue accordingly.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify any order, or part thereof, as long as it hasn't entered the dispatch process. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund, including postage, via the original payment method. There will be no loss incurred due to cancellation on your end.
If your order, or part of it, has already entered the dispatch process, you may refuse to accept delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable, and while you'll receive a refund for the item, you will still be responsible for outward postage costs.
